my friend and i are workin on a custom quad and want to know if it is possible to run with the axle fipped so that the brake and sprokets are switched. If not is it possible to run the sproket and brake just switched around.

may i ask why? most motorcycle engines have sprockets on the left side.

Its more of a snowmobile engine and it would help the jack shaft like up.

You would prolly have to figure out something with the chain. Maybe custom make a bracket to fit the sprocket

Just save yourself the trouble and buy a banchee. the whole "snowmobile in the quad" is way overrated.
