this will be my first time putting and exhaust on a bike and was curious if some one can help me out with re jetting. i have an 02 raptor 660 and have a full pro circuit t4 exhaust. my elevation is 100ft. if anyone can give me suggestion as to were to start or can give me a specific jet setting to use I would appericate it very much. thanks

I cant remember exact jetting specs for piped raptors but start rich on the main jets, and work your way down

lower the e-clips on the jet needles one notch

soft stumble = rich
hard stumble (bike wants to stall) = lean

i'd recommend getting a service manual

You're gonna enjoy the T-4, i love mine

i had just found this website and it tells me precise specs for the jetting, how accurate does anyone think this is?

Every bike is going to be different, even if you're comparing two bikes with the same air filter, same exhaust. The only way to find out for sure is via trial and error.

if you plan on modifying your bike further it might be a good idea to get one of those Jet4Power kits. they are about 185 dollars and act as a wideband O2 sensor to tell you about your A/F ratio.
