Come on guys, What are you doin for your special lady??? I'm kinda tired of the whole Teddy Bear/Flowers/Candy thing :rolleyes: and I wanna do something different!

Been thinking about this for like 2 months now and I've got nothing... I refuse to buy flowers anymore... its so pointless, and your right the bear and candy crap is just too overplayed.

Make her dinner, give her a massage, buy her Jewlery or something she has been wanting, of course every woman loves chocolate (I think)..

just some suggestions :D

I got my gf a day at a spa. Massage, facial, pedicure, manicure, some kinda seaweed wrap. She's gonna love it.

I got hers at the River Spa on the Hudson in Beacon, NY.

Buy her some aspirin, midol, and some energy pills. That way she can't say she has a headache or stomach cramps or that she is too tired to give you what you really want anyway.

Thats what the chocolate is for... its a cure all... you have much to learn!:o

Chocolate only cures the taste sense. You never know you could get a bad batch and it make her sick and you will have to wait a day or two. Trust me, I have already been there and done that. With the meds there is no excuse except, "I don't feel like doing that." I like to cover my bases.

haha... my girl hates cohocolate and cut flowers. stuffed animals or a massage is a good enough present according to her. ive got it easy :p

my gf buys me really cool stuff too....my birthday she got me a diamonds and a ps2....the problem is her birthday is a week after valentines day.....its like one after another

I got mine Bag thing that a lot of the younger girls carry around and put 10 bucks worth of candy, and thinkin about putting a bear or something in it too.

hahaha I got my lady 11 roses one year with a mirror and on the envelope it read if your only wondering why there are 11 roses look in the mirror to find the 12th...yeah you'll definitly get some tang after that...lol

My g/f is a Massage Theripist so Massaging aint happinin for her, but being a test dummy never hurt me:D , Cards will do plenty this year

This thread pretty much proves that men have no idea what the heck to do for women on Valentines Day.

I hate this day - it's just another day that we have to figure out some dumb way to show our wives that we care... As if the other 364 days that we do stuff isn't sufficient....

If my wife hasn't figured out that I love her like nothing else in the world, then buying flowers and crap like that isn't gonna put her over the edge - yet I have to do it... Or else the rest of the week is shot.

I can't wait until tomorrow.... Get it over with....


There are too many "gift giving" holidays as it is. Who needs another day where the men have to get all stressed about how to make their girls happy? We have a crappy day trying to figure out what to do, and the women can decide whether it was a good day for both of you or not. That's BS...
