04/05 have a 10.5:1 static comp piston. 06/07 are 12.0:1 static comp.

Measured with a compression tester a stock 04/05 should pump 108psi warm. The auto decompression mechanism accounts for the seemingly low spec. If the auto-decomp where somehow disabled the spec would be much higher.
