i swear i've tried every size of allen wrench on my prodesign killswitch and none of them fit. metric or standard. does anyone know what size?

holy shat ive heard bad things about them. 1fst400 has done it. im sure like 1000 others have too.

Try a 9/64 allen wrench...

9/64.....it dont come in most allen kits

i bought one at napa to take the warn hubs off my bronco...its the same size

Mine came with the 200 piece Craftsman kit, but that was 20 years ago:p

I just use a flathead screwdriver that fit snug from corner to corner in the hex head. Since you're screwing into plastic you can get it just as tight as it needs to be with the screw driver.

I have the 264pc Craftsman set. Got it like a year or two ago. Has every allen Key known to man. I also have a set of those Fold out kind from HomeDepot. I think they are Husky brand. They have worked on my kill switches.
