450r steering stem on 400ex?

will a 450r steering stem fit on a 400ex without any modifications?
i need a new one because it got bent back towards the gas tank in a nasty accident.

I don't think the 450R will fit but you can just get a brand new OEM stem for your 400 from Service Honda for around $30.
