rear brake

on my 01 400ex when i go to press the rear brake it locks at the bottom and wont come back up.... ive replaced the spring and it still does it... any ideas??

Remove the lever from the frame, it may be difficult but not impossible. Clean everything real well, lube the pivot point and reassemble. I learned this the hard way:(
