WE recently purchased this new 2007 HJC mammoth CL-X5Y youth Large helmet off of ebay for our race season. A great looking helmet at a really great price, but they missed the mark "big-time" on the padding and general shape of the inside fit. We've run HJC helmets for the past 4 years and have never had a problem with the fit, but this particular helmet doesn't have a proper fit in the area from the ears to the jawline. Not sure if there isn't enough padding or if the design is off completely. A local retailer has stated that they're experiencing similiar problems and that they intend on sending them back. I have always loved the HJC products, but just wanted to make everyone aware of this before they make an ebay or similiar purchase. I'm including two pictures of the problem I ran into.
