You can get valves that sit almost totally flush with the rim.
Its like a threaded hole with a cap in it.
And when you need to put air in the tire you screw in the stem part of it that it comes with, then its like a normal valve.

I think they use them on race cars.

you can flip the valve stem inside out and then on the other side of the rim drill a hole and put a new valve stem in

do as quader400 says,

pull the original stem and put it in backwards, then drill a new hole in the other side and install a new valve stem.

simple/easy/cheap/reversable..............what else can you ask for ?

Or you could just leave it the way it is until you can afford a-arms....I hate flipped rims and wheel spacers with a passion!!! Flipping honda rims isn't a good idea anyways because those inserts only work one direction for the acorn nuts!!!

Remember every time you run wheel spacers or flipped rims... god kills a kitten

you know after a certain pressure a valve stem is going to leak when put in backwards, you need to find a valve stem hole plug at a tire shop, atleast thats what I would do. Also offsetting them out will affect handling in a negative way generally

if u have +2 a arms u dont need to be any wider--- u need to work on your suspension settings and rear axle width.
