would have a speed limiter of only 105???:confused: :confused:
it was goin strong right passed 100 then all of the sudden nothing!! i was only at 3500-4000 rpm also. it just surprized me it was so low

My 99' zr2 blazer cuts out at 98. Thats kinda fast for my 31s i think.

well thats a ford for ya, if they go any faster than that they'd probablyy fall apart.

JK but damn thats slow!

what kinda of engine does it have v8 or v6?

the 5.4 V8, but was surprised me was that it was pulling HARD to the limiter, much harder then our suburu does

thats a pretty big engine too!Oh well just rip off the limiter and you'll see how fast it'll go.

Thats a shame.

My 5.0 Mustang goes 130mph at 3,000rpms.

And my car won't shut off untill it blows up for top speed

i dont know much about cars/trucks.. but dont they put all(most) trucks at a limit of 105? thats what i heard

my 01 taurus (pathetic i know but it was free when my mom got her new vehicle after i blew up my 79 f150) does the same thing just at about 110-112 its pulling hard all the way up to it, shifts into 4th at about 90-95 area then cuts at about 112.... its not pulling extremely hard after 105 or so but it is still pulling (might be because of old plug wires, fuel filter, o2 sensor or some other crap)

my dads 97 chevy k1500 with the vortec 350 and 700r4 tranny is the same too but cuts at 100 but it is pulling really hard... from a dead stop it will pul 100 in just under a half mile and somewhere between 70 and 80 in the quarter (been a while since i've got to drive it, plus its really cold and the roads are kinda crappy)
