I have some white maier with blue graphics waiting to go on. It should be all buttoned up sometime tomorrow.

1 pound of thinly sliced sika deer hind quater, 1 medium onion, a clove of fresh garlic, drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper


the strips of meat were dredged in flour, and browned, then added the rest of the ingredients. everything was simmered slowly until the onions became translucent.

This is my old hood, I have a brand new white quadtech but can't seem to get it to fit. The black actually looks pretty good so I might be going with a newer black maier hood. I also have some number plates that need to go on that are yellow.
