Have you done anything recently to the quad? Exhaust or intake modifications?

Mines doing the same thing since it has gotten real cold out, if I turn the heat on in the garage and wait a half hour it will fire right up.

Is there fuel going to the carb?
Is the air filter plugged?

do u have a 42 pilot. That will make it easier to start i remember mine i had the stock 38 pilot in it and when it went down to about 65 deg. it was a pain to start can't imagine how hard it would be to start without it. now its normally around 39-45deg. here

Yea put in a 42 pilot and you won't have any problems, I have my bike jetted for 15 and below weather and it takes off like a charm.
