440EX 4sale or trade up

I have a 99 440 EX. Strong running, almost new engine (TMM motor work) White Bros E Series pipe, Renthal bars, Nerfs, DG bumper, Razor tires, (worn 50%) plastic is all nice. I would like to sell outright $2700 or trade up for a 450R, 250R, or maybe a nice 400EX. I am in Tennessee and will assist in shipping or possible delivery in any way.
