Does anyones fan ever turn on? I have never seen my fan spinning. What do u think the problem is? Any help would be appreciated.

Were is your location. And do you have stock jetting?

I live in Utah and mostly ride at little sahara sand dunes. No i am not running stock jetting. I have full pipe and air box lid removed

I live in florida and even in the extreme heat my fans hardly ever come on. The only time they really come on is when im WOT for extended periods of time. Even on the track they dont seem to come on much. The overheat light never comes on so Im not concerned.

Reason I asked about your jetting is if it is on the fat side the motor will run cooler. with the factory jetting which is on the lean side the fan comes on after the motor has been setting at idle for 4 or so minutes.

It takes alot for that fan to turn on. Alot of the race bike take them off

Yeah, the fan doesn't really come on even on the track.It is also very quite.If u ground out the sending unit while the quad is running it should turn on.I wouldn't really worry about it.
