How did you get the background to be B&W and the quad in color?...i also just got photshop...yesterday as a matter of fact...and ive been learning to change colors of quads.:)

well, u use layers, he made a layer to be black and white, or that brown or whatever, and just erased where his quad was, so everytihng around it was bw and he was still color
