does it have a sound card? - ports to plug your audio in.

Get a screen shot of what is going on.

u mean like a port for speakers or something..

the message comes up right away on wmm and says :::Windows movie maker has determined that your computer does not contain audio hardwar that is necessary for this application to work

and when i pull up this Tv card I installed it says::: warning sound card isnt availble

If it has the sound card you may just have to download the drivers ..

Well you could goto the manufacturers website and see if they have any drivers. Some will even do a hardware detect for you that can scan your computer and then set you up with the drivers. Good luck.
