Been making calls an trying to find the best set up for my son 06 trx90 all week , We`ve bougth 4 different big bore kits from Charles an then Eric at IC racing over the years , I guess there know longer around . So I`ve called quadfast , An other number off IC site , One would have to call around an order something , I dont want to ended up with a pit bike set-up , Would like the 125 set-up but was told that the 06 e-starts wont turn over a 125 bigbore because of the compression , So I`m even entertaining the ideal of a earlier style motor , Anyone with any info or input I`ll be thankful for  even a older motor forsale

Robbs Racing might be able to help you. I've heard the name Scott Cain also.

id go straight to Powroll.

as far as cranking over the higher compression, there is not an available drop in higher cca battery for the 90 but i cant see the compression on such a small engine causing an issue.

I`ve called poweroll awhile back An thougth about the bigbore sleeve an maybe the crank work done , I was also told that the 06 trx`s have a heavier flywheel  What TRX things you have left Pappy ?

The TRX w/electric start will turn over a 125. Just call Rich at Hetrick Racing 1-814-676-0477.

The 06-07 models have no problems at all turning over with hi compression. I personally prefere the non e-start model though. There is nothing wrong with using some of the pit bike parts either. You just need to know which ones work good. There are ALOT of pit bike parts out there that are junk and other that the quality is good but just dont work well at all on an ATV. If I can help give me a call.

I dont think i have much of anything left. pretty much everything went to help out Zack Burke get his newest 90 rolling. we never ran a big bore so i have no engine parts, never did:p If I could have afforded it, there would have been a Robbs 125 in our trx:p
