is there any way to test a stator?

i just wanted to know if there was any way to test a stator to tell if it was good or not? i do not know anything about these things.

yeah. get a repair manual and it should have specs for the stator output. just get a voltmeter and a manual to test the output.

You will need a ohm meter and stator values from a service manual, a voltage tester, or electrical tester? isnt going to cut it
