Well i was having nothing but problems with my 06ER starting since the drop in temperature. After numerous changes in jetting and ending back at the stock 42 pilot screw and a little tweaking of the fuel screw she starts very easy now.I think that me running a battery tender on it helps dramatically. So i highly recommend to anyone with the ER to run a tender all the time!!!:D

I bought a tender 1 week after the er and it has been great.I think it helps it start better. The battery still holds its charge like new. Good Advise!!!!!

I am all set with putting on a kicker:eek: !!!Thats all i hear about now.One person does it and now everyone does.Dont get me wrong it sounds like a good idea but if i wanted to be kicking my bike over i would have never get the 450ER and just kept my 2 stroke. The thing that attracted me to the 450 was the BUTTON!!!!:blah:
