LRD Or SPARKS?

I'm currently running a full LRD exhaust on my 440ex. Which would you all say is the best the LRD or Sparks. Thanks

we have ran both pipes and the sparks is good hard hit short power shift alot and lrd smooth hit and lasted way longer less shifting more power.
