so me and a friend are riding bikes and all down the street when we hear something whistle by and really close. we start lookin around when we see 2 kids about 15 years old at the most and one of them is holding a bb gun. one of them takes off running into the house and the other one stays there. we are like "wtf are you shooting at us for, are you fkin stupid" and he starts apologizing and cryin when the other one comes out and my friend starts cussin them out and i had to calm him down. so after i get my stupid friend to stop cussin them out i explain to them what would happen to them if they had hit one of us besides us whoopin their a**es. so we get done with them and all and leave. so what should i have done, i wanted to call the cops and have them come out there and kind of scare them cause their parents werent home to talk to.

i think that every kid should own a bb gun. they are a great way for a child to learn how to properly handle a rifle.
it is when they aren't trained on how and where to use em that they become a problem.
i know when i was young if i got caught shooting one at something i wasnt supposed to, i would have gotten it taken away along with a nice asskicking.

definately sucks to be in that situation though. i would have called the police. id imagine that there is some law that they broke. assault maybe:huh

then again, who hasnt gotten shot with a bb gun growing up:blah: passage into manhood or some BS like that:macho

i had one removed from my forehead ( half inch above my eye socket) when i was younger:ermm:

well i think its cool that kids have bb guns and i shouldve made the title immature kids shouldnt be givin bb guns. but i think that you should atleast have to take a class before you are allowed to use one though. i had a bb gun as a kid well still have it but i was only allowed to shoot targets. my dad said first time a window is broken he will break that bb gun over my a**

I'm not against kids havin' BB guns.

I'm against lazy parents who don't properly train / instruct their children.

I would have called the cops. Never too early for kids to learn that stupid SHOULD hurt.

Especially if their parents aren't teaching them.

well garandman for once i agree with you. but its too late to do anything now, i could still go talk to the kids parents. but it happened yesterday but is it still too late to call the cops to put a little scare into them?

You should have told your friend to play dead and then you should have went over to kids and told them that they killed him. That would scare them.

agreed. kids will be kids! U can't let those few kids ruin it for everyone else and "take away bb guns" thats just ****ing retarded. They as a indivual need to be held accountable for their actions. A class would also be ****ing retarded, no offense but those 15 yr olds know good and damn well shooting people is wrong.
The reason I say you shouldn't take them away is because people need to know and understand firearms. Thats how we seperated from europe and how people may have to defend themselves w/ in the future to live free w/ their basic rights!

In that situation i believe he deserved to have the bb gun taken from him by you and shot w/ it to see how the **** feels the other way around.

Although you could get yourself in a lot of trouble so it wouldn't be worth it. Call the cops, tell the rents and scare the **** outta them.

I did all that stupid ****. Used to have bb gun wars and when did I shot a tooth outta my buddies mouth. All part of growing up, I was a dumbass. But its a hell of lot better learning w/ bb what acting like a dumbass gets you than w/ a real fire arm.

I got lucky i didn't get caught but I definitely deserved a whoopin for some of the stuff i did.

And like he said good to be taught at that age w/ bb guns then to learn when they are 18 when they can legally have ar15's in their hands, which is fine because if they were raised right they can handle the responsibility and deserve it.

As it turned out for me that punk kid shooting signs, pop cans and well... the neighors mouth ended up goin to iraq doing a job that needed to be done to protect our freedom and our way of life.
Kinda funny how that turned out!

A lot of people young and old don't realize how great this country is, its got a lotta problems but goin to iraq was a good experience in that it woke my *** up on how great it really is being in the states and how fotunate we all are.

Granted the gov is getting too powerful and the bs is gettn a lil thick. People just gotta stick w/ their rights and principles!

yea, its possible to shoot out entire windows w/ bb guns if its the safety glass in vehicals they use on the sides and rear of vehicles. :ermm:

The kid deserves a wake up call!

****, if the parents are pricks about it press charges or try to. Chances are the cops won't be able to do anything because there is no proof but maybe it will scare the kids enough or their parents enough to give them a wake up call. When the cops are knocking on their door.
They could of shot your eye out damn it. Like the damn movie. You could be wearing a eye patch right now and lil kids could pointing at you thinking your a pirate.

I'm not trying to say put the kids to death but at the same time they need to realize that stuff ain't a joke!
It'll be off there record after they turn 18!
thats my opinion of it

I'm not trying to say put the kids death but at the same time they need to realize that stuff ain't a joke! i believe the cops could search the woods we passed and theyd find a bb in there somewhere, its amazing what they can do now. but i got a couple cop buddies and i might just get one to go with me.

holy ****, i'm seeing so many possibilities. We need to contact all the tv shows on that one they might be interested like csi:, pry could get the guys from COPS on the scene.

I could sell that to the guys who make reno 911 or super troopers 2!

nah just messing w/ ya. Really though this is probably what will happen!

if you end up trying to press charges all the cops are gonna have to do is talk to both the kids seperately! Blow it outta proportion and say they shot at multiple people and tell them their friend already narced them out.(even though there friend didn't) Say they have video of the one incident w/ you.

Then the kid not wanting to have all the blame and from his friend "narcing him out" and "knowing" hes already caught rights down a sworn statement of what really happened so he doesn't get in trouble for all the other bull**** he thinks hes gonna get in trouble for.

Really he would be good if he just kept his mouth shut. but no, really he thinks hes already ****ed and the only thing that will help him is if he just gives in, "admits guilt like a man" for "easier punishment".

9 outta 10 guess what happens! They get the guy to admit guilt just like that on a sworn statement or audio tape and they both narc each other out. Its freeking amazing i hate to admit but I kinda admire how smooth some cops are into tricking people so easily!

People could get out of so much stuff if only they knew what they were doing.

Between telling on themselves in the interogation rooms when they get tricked into it and by letting cops search their vehicles are the main ones.

when the cop says "mind if I search your vehical" as long as he can't see a dead body, firearms out of the case, drugs, ect through the window and you say no you'll be good. Hes asking permission so its not illegal search and seizure and everyone always gives cops consent. Freekin idiots!

cop "YOu hiding anything?"
you "no"
cop "mind if i take look"
you "go for it, i have nothing to hide"
cop "aha, whats this"
you "****"
cop "you have the right to remain sil......."

He'll try to pressure you some and trick/guilt you into but just keep tellin him no and A. he'll let you go or B. he'll search it, find it and you'll get off later for illegal search and seisure! Do not give them permission it will not hurt u in anyway!

Just gotta know how the systems work, when too be respectful to a cop and when to disagree.

some times the best tought (sp) lesson is to give a good ol fashion a$# whoopin not to say this is the right thing to do but then again same with shooting a bb gun at people.the parents prob wont do anything.if they were decent parents they would of teached theier kids about gun safty before giving them any gun and the kids most likely wouldnt be acting like this in the first place so i say you should ah bent the kids over your knee yourself and whipped the sht outta them like you were their stepfather!:chinese:

every kid should be givin a bb gun, they arnt going to kill anyone with it...me and my brother had them growing up and they were fun, we got into a lil trouble with them...every boy should get into trouble IMO, just liek every child should be spanked, you notice all the kids that come from the old fasioned state of mind are normal and all the new flake kids are wearing girls pants, and are all janked up? boy should be boys, play in the mud, sneak out at night, kiss girls, ride dirt bikes, get scrapped knees, get into fights...

lol. well i didnt go to talk to their parents today but ive got a couple of cop friends and tomorrow im gonna have one of them go with me and my mom wants to go too so if i have a cop i doubt that they will be pricks about the whole situation. they will prolly chit themselves and think im pressing charges but i think i should have beat the crap out of them and called it self defense.
