250r With Crf 450 Motor

it is possible to put a crf or any other honda 450 into a 250r frame right? i no if it works theres is some modifacations but.... ive been asking around and havent got a solid answer so iam asking you

CRF motor is too tall. YZ426 will fit.

Neither motor fits a stock R frame well. I know, I put a YZ426 in an R frame. Last time I will ever screw up a good frame. Buy a hybrid frame built for the motor, Laeger, Walsh, LSR ect.

i knew a guy that had a crf motor in a stock 86 frame. It was pretty hacked up because the motor is soo much taller. But it did haul some serious ***. I am not sure that a stock 250r frame would hold up to that torque tho
