I just put a 160 jet in and removed my airbox lid. WOW!!!! I ordered the EHS Racing lid mod because I don't trust not having anything on there. I thought about the K&N lid but the EHS is waterproof and cheaper so I went with it.

First time I've seen that - looks good! I like that idea better than an open box.

i put a similar setup in my dads z400, man it gave it some balls! i put in a uni filter wrapped in an outerwears and ditched the lid completly and popped a 175 main in. really woke it up nicely. cheap mod to do for a good power increase.

i run the same setup in my yfz and it works great, same with all my 450r buds i ride with. we ride in the rain some times in the summer and not a drop of water gets into the intake. nice setup.

I rejetted using a 160 main and added aproflow intake and uni filter. I replaced the lid with an outwear cover and it seems to work real well.
