You need a 67.5 piston.

If you need a part number for that size piston,
85/86 TRX250R,
Pro-x cast piston 0641
Wiseco 526MO6750
T/E bearing B1003,
gasket set, Cometic C7023

Art Sudco ??.

Art pistons are same as OEM, but I dont know how the Sudco part works.
I know Sudco is a brand, comes in a box marked Sudco & if you compair a Art piston aginst a Sudco, they each look alike, so probably the same piston.
I have used Sudcos a few years back & far as service, did just as good as any other brand on the market.

If Sudco made a piston for the big bore 250R cylinders, I would without a dought try them.

By the way, it is .060" oversize not .60.
Wiseco sells 67.50mm and 68.00mm for 87-89 jugs. So 68.00mm would probably be the final bore before the wall gets too thin.
As for 86-87 jugs, you can go to 69.50mm (3.50mm over)
