What is the average going rate to rebuild shocks by Elka and Axis?? I want to get some used shocks and send them off to be rebuilt to meet my custom specs on my 400? How much would cost?

elka did mine for $185+shipping, for just a revalve and oil change. but i have been told by many that if you go nationals elka will revalve them for free?? i know i am goin this year and trying to get the oil changed again. we will see.....

be careful when buying used shocks, if there for different a-arms or different brand quad the length of the body and shafts can be wrong for you setup. it will cost a lot more to replace the body and shaft on even a fairly new shock. just service for three shocks $120-150, bodys for axis is around $60 each, but elka parts are cheaper!
