honestly to me it looks like there are holes for your stuff to be put in..

maybe if the holes under the clamp will are the right size. call them and maybe they will know the answer

Just purchased the plastic cover shown in the picture from Trail Tech for less than 15 bucks and yes it will take the key switch, neutral and backup lights. The cover will only work with the Trail Tech bar riser as the cover is too tall to fit under the bars when using the stock bar clamps. If you are just looking for a place to put your key switch and lights, I put my key switch in the top edge of my hood and the lights I located just under the reverse switch in the fender. Looks good and gets rid of the cheap looking stock key and light instrument panel.
