tc or powercore 4

i have narowed my choices down to the tc pipe or the powercore four pipe. I want to now if the tc pipe comes with just the pipe or does it come with jets too.
also how loud are they?
i will also be buyinga a kn powerup kit also so
what kind of gains should i expect and should i vent my air box or just get a porwell lid?

I have a brand new power core four in the package(never been mounted) I'll sell it for $190 shipped, the retail is $269.99. I'm pretty sure the tc pipe comes with jetts, but I don't believe any do unless you pay extra. Jetts are cheap. I ran the power core 4 on my old 400ex big power increase. Pm if interested I can email you pics.

--- i am pretty sure that no pipe you can buy will come with jets. you have to buy them sepratly. but they are 3-5 dollars.

and if it did come with jets why are you buying a kn power up kit, it is just a airfilter and jets that only cost about a hundred dollars!

save your money and just buy your airfilter seperate from the kit..

- just a small question if you never run the power core on your ex how would y ou known it had a big power increase.

also most poeople think fmf aare junk what is different from that pipe. that makes it more powerful?

I don't think so it's a closed course pipe,,but I think for more $$$ you can get the adapter for it..

WHen u get the TC pipe, u get 2 end caps. 1 a closed course high flow billet cap(which looks TRICK) or 2 u get a disk setup with a closed cap. Which i believe is the spark arrestor end piece. I personally, last year i had a FMF pc4 and i honestly think it was louder then the TC. I might have needed to be repacked, but when i really hammered on both, i thinlk the FMF was actually louder. BUt then again, there was a whole winter in between the rides. But i still like the TC better!!

I'd keep the powercore4,,is it one of the original ones that only has 1 large hole in the end cap. I had one of those and agree with extremeracer,,the mofo's are loud as he11,,,i don't think you'll notice that much of a power difference to spend more money..
