MMI in orlando

Hey Iam Going to MMI in november this year in Orlando. Have to be there in late sept- oct. Was wondring anyone down there looking for a roommate or can recommend any GOOD places to stay?? Not the TAJ MAHAL but not skid row either. Also anywhere you can rent our store a quad & tools .

two of my friends are down there... stay away from dorato apartments they were a hell hole.. the ac stoped working a week after they moved in.. they ended up meeting some kids and they went into geather on a 7 bed/ 5 bathroom house.. with a 2 car garage... talk about an awesome party house
