ltr450 vs 450r vs yfz450

Hey im looking to get a ltr 450, but i have always rode honda. And i have rode a yfz and was not impressed! So what do u all thaink?

I lost to a rented 2005 YFZ (Rejetted, K&N, baffle removed) that had 242lbs rider.

My LTR was totally stock at that time after first service! and I only weigh 149 lbs!!!!

Now that i did the min mods (cherry, baffle removed, outwears air box cover) I felt the difference... however didnt race with a YFZ again!!! yet.....

I have an ltr450 and I haven't raced every body out there. 90% of the time I beat both of those quads. The Ltr has a better suspension but only you can decide what is the best for you. This is just what i have expierenced personally. To each his own though.

I just baught one and put a dasa full system, dynatek efi adjustable controller, kill switch, hipers, and uni filter on it and i love it. The power is constant from bottom to top range. The shocks absorb anything you throw at them. I recommend buying!!

For mx this is the only way to go if your not looking to spend a lot of money. I currently have a honda I am trading in to get an r450
