kfx 400 exhaust cam journal?

Major fubar. The bolt that holds the valve cover on the exhaust side.. well i stripped it. Not the bolt but the threads on the cam journal. I have tapped it with the next bigger size but would really like to replace it with one that is undamaged. The problem is Kaw only sells these with the head..$$$$$$$.. Does any body know where i can maybe get another one.. that wont break the bank.. Used parts place or any place..HELP

Ebay? Not sure exactly where you are talking but What about a Heli-coil (sp?)

its the alluminum part that holds the exhaust cam in place. on top of it is where the valve head cover bolts on. I stripped the threads that holds the valve cover on. heli coil would have probably worked but was not thought of at the time of crisis. If you get any ideas of where to get another please let me know.

OK Icic I would just put something in the wanted add and look on ebay. ussually stuff goes cheap on there.
