My girlfriend's IPod froze on the "Now Playing" screen with all the songs and it won't move off of it. It won't even shut off or anything. I've been looking all over Apple's site trying to figure out how to fix it but I can't. It wasn't dropped or anything and it just did it on its own. It's an IPod Mini if that helps. Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.

Hold the menu and center button, it resets it. Youve gotta hold it for like 10 seconds though, mines done it a few times

my nano hasnt done this. but my girlfriends old mini does it all the time.

Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)

Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

or just let the battery die.
