when I have the quad in gear and the clutch pulled in, isnt it supposed to be able to roll. cuz mine doesnt, I did just put a HRC kit in it, didnt know if that would make any difference.

mine does that sometimes ...it is like harder to roll if i stop it in gear and then try to push it with the clutch pulled in

Most of the time they are like that so you get the most grab out of your clutch. My 07 only has about 15-20 hrs on it and its like that. You can adjust them so the clutch plates are fully disengaged with the clutch in, but when you let it out its not going to have as much pressure on it. The 450's have a lot of power....so the more clutch grab you have the better off you are!

I'll have to look at my 450's when I get home tonight.....on the 400ex's, and on my old banshee, there is an adjustment right on top of the clutch housing. It looks like the adjustment screws on your brake and clutch levers. On my banshee, when it was still cold you could rev it up in gear with the clutch in and it would try and move forward. But when you dropped the clutch there was ZERO slipping!
