i have a head that was just ported by venom performance (the maker of the venom pistons: AKA mixxer). this head is off an 04 yfz that has about 20-25 hours on it. it has brand new, never used valve seals, retainers, keepers, seats, valve springs, etc. plus, the valve springs were coated. they claim coating the valve springs will keep their tension 80% longer than non-coated valve springs. the valves are the ones that came in the bike, thus they have 20-25 hours on them just like the head. everything else besides the valves were replaced. i have not even bolted this head up on the bike. i just got it back from getting it ported. i am selling this because i am selling the yfz and i want to get as much as i can for it.
here is what everything costs:
venom porting: $350 shipped
valve spring coating: $40 + shipping
intake and exhaust valve springs: $15.44 + shipping
valve seats: $10.90 + shipping
valve seals: $16.37 + shipping
valve retainers: $11.74 + shipping
keepers: $8.74 + shipping
i will trade for a fully assembled stock head that is in GOOD condition plus $300. once again, this head has not even been bolted on since it was ported so all of these items are still brand new!!
