Alright I'm going to setting up our stock 06 kicker to race this weekend. It has only two short rides on it and is totally stock and corked up.

I will be using it only for the weekend and will need to get a little extra power out of it, so I want to pull the spark arrestor and the air box lid off. I will running on the ice at about 25 degrees Farenheit..

Can someone tell me what I should be running for a main jet? Thanks< Jay

I would think 170-175.........way to cold for me to be out racing though!

Are the needles adjustable on teh 06's... I dont think they are, but I would up the pilot one size to aid with starting and 170 main is probably ok for that temp, maybe a little rich though.

Thanks for the specs, I ran a 190 last year on my 04 with full exhaust and no airbox cover.

I'll try a 170 and see how it goes. ~Jay
