I was riding today, and went to turn the knob to put my raptor in reverse, but it won't turn... I happened a few days ago, but i put a little pressure to it, and it went..I have been riding in the snow and cold temperatures, so could some water have gotten in there and froze, or do you think something is catching it???

This happened has happened to me once when i was riding in the snow, i put it in the garage and the next day it worked again, i think it just got some snow/ice and held it up. I'd try putting in a heated shop and let it thaw out and see what happens.

Yea, i let it thaw out, and it worked once. But know the know does nothing, and it can shift in to reverse with out turning the knob, so i think it is out of alignment...

>>Does anybody know how to adjust the reverse knob???

Get a new cable if it is frezzing up
that means water in it that means
rust in it they are cheap

I have had that happen to my bran new raptor 700r and i had to replace the cables, and knob. Yamaha had no explanation for this problem but they gave me the parts for free. also i had the problem of riding in the snow and it froze just let it unthaw.
