just got my sons durablue elininator axle. its for an 05' predator 90. now i cant get the wheel hubs over the splines on the new axle. i tried the stock hubs and the 400ex hubs, the hubs have the same spline and both fit on the stock axle any help would be great

there will be 2 threads off set to help align it up with, or it will never go on straight. I did the same thing.

Had the same thing happen to us. I called Durablue tech support. they told me to but grease on the splines and work the hub back and forth using a mallot. I did it (crinching all the way) and it worked.
On another note. I didnt like the spacers they gave me (looked hoeky) so I had some stainless steel tubes made up to the correct lenght.

try taking a wire brush or wire wheel to the splines lighty

Yea alot of times what happens is the chroming gets down in the splines on the axle when they chrome it, I have even had to take a small round file and file inbetween the spines before, I am sure that is what you are running into.
