how much you want one of those? or better yet can you draw me up a template with paint and e-mail it to me at mountainbiker77@hotmail.com. i have enough aluminum to cover my whole quad with that stuff! but if you can make me a template i'd appreaciate it. thanx

L.Vegas400

i made a template out of a mountain dew box, and cut a rough piece with a band saw. the most time spent(about 45 min) was sanding the edges for a great fit. i would be happy to make more. send my a pm if you want one and ill see what i can do.

its aluminum plate. about 1 to 1.5 mm thick. i can make you one(depending on the finish you want) for around $20 or so. 20 is for a sized, cut, smoothed, with a sanded finish. this is what mine is. they can also be painted to your liking, polished, or beadblasted for a more dull finish.

i could come close to that. maybe not the small equivelent circles. ill try some different things. you can usually buy the aluminum from hardware supply stores i think. i havent checked around here, but at home you can atleast.

Little tip on the border fees...

If it was your birthday and there was a birthday card in the package and "GIFT" was written on the outside of the box the person receiving it usually pays no tariffs.

Little tip we use for shipping parts back n forth, just make sure it's cleaned up and gift wrapping in side the shipping box is a bonus.

Sweet! I was going to do some stuff like that for my EX but I didn't have the time to before I left. I also have some "yellow" aluminium that looks pretty sweet with the yellow fenders :D

I bet you could buy some bulk aluminum that already had the pattern machined into it - then just cut and sand it into the finished pieces and sell them on here for probably 600% profit...
