Why doesnt anybody make a carbon fiber wheeler frame isnt carbon fiber lighter and stronger than most metals?

yah, no kidding. You think a Houser, JRD, LSR frames are expensive @ 2K a pop for chromoly. A carbon fiber frame would be at least double that.

Think more along the lines of an order of magnitude more.

To build a metal frame, you need a jig and a welder. Pretty cheap.

To do carbon fiber properly, it needs to be vacuum formed in molds so that no air is left in the carbon fiber, and there is as little resin as possible. Not a setup most shops will happen to have.

2K? Where do you think your going to get one that cheap? Unless its used maybe. Check out LSR's website there in the neighborhood of 5K

5K for titanium maybe but every chromoly frames are in the 1500-2000$ range , 3 for walsh.... 12 000 for Roll when they use to build frames but that was for a complete roller.
