F/S or trade for shee parts

I know its not a quad but I want to trade it for quds parts so I figured that was good enough.Its a 96 Honda Cr125. It would make someone a great starter bike. The bike is all black with n style graphics,pro taper 1 1/8 bars,new renthal black sprockets and chain,unadilla rear tire,uni air filter,fmf pipe and silencer,boyesen reeds,new fork seal on left side,new odds and ends parts like clutch perch and lever,killswitch,909 grips,gaskets for powervalve,and axle nut. I have a new bike now so this just sits in my shop.Bike is located in Midland,Michigan. Pics upon request.First $1100 takes it or trade for Banshee parts or ?
