I don't have a "416" but, I can get you close based on your other mods. I deal with only Keihin jets. If you have DynoJets than you're on your own. You can buy individual keihin jets from www.jetsrus.com for a couple bucks a piece.
Your main jet should be a 155K or 158K and with your air box lid off a 160K or 162K. You need to install a 42K pilot jet as well. Your altitude and temperature may require you to go up or down one size but, start with what I recommended and you'll be close. Good luck!
