the answer would be no. these parts were back from stripping and coated. yours is coming up. do you have a date these parts are needed by? if so i was unaware of any deadline needed.

and to add, i do these batches per customer. its hard enough keeping jobs seperate and even more so when they are from the same model of quad and the same color nonetheless...lol

lol, havent heard that word in awhile:p

imagine having box after box after box of the same parts. few boxes have lists of what parts they contain, most parts have to be diassembled and most of those parts have to be re-used. it slows the process down for sure. some jobs seem to flow through faster, others seem to drag on to long, but being a 1 man show I can only work so fast and I refuse to try and rush through anything.

then, you cant have bare metal parts laying around for long, so you have to try and keep just enough prepped and ready to shoot and when the parts are already coated this can add time to the process blah blah blah:p or they are so greasy or so rusted and corroded that it takes alot of extra steps to even begin disassembly etc....

every little thing can add to delays.

I have the arms and swingarm boxed up and will ship monday. sent spindles but couldn't get the ball joints off, if you can seperate them powder them as well, also look around for a set of pro peg 300 nerfs and a rear caliper neither made the trip up, I need a bumper for the 300 do have any 300/400 bumpers in your stock or layin around????

i have the nerfs, and will look for the caliper. I saw the R caliper in the folgers can, what box would the 300 caliper be in?

The r caliper is the one I was missing for zaks 90 and also the pipe from the 90, I found the bar clamps they were here. any 400ex bumpers?? how much do you think it would cost to ship the wheels up??? 18045 zip

Now thats turn around, I figured out the pieces, they are for the chain tensioner on the 90, hows the pipe coming for the 90? I don't know how you keep it all straight I'm having trouble remembering whats mine Thanks again

you should have a bag with all small parts that were too small for me to coat. i will look in your boxes for any spacers, however I do not recall seeing them, nor do i have any here in prep or coating areas.

those spindles are fine, wipe them down with some wd 40 and they will shine just like the day i did them! id have tried to get them apart but i didnt want to damage a BJ so close to the race

Pap any chance of getting that brake stay to me by friday??? I also need another set of wheels for Zaks 90 like I got from you before with the reinforcment rings welded on both sides, can you get them and powder them like the other wheels for me?

got the stuff today, thanks. Just a heads up, where we put the gusset on the 300 frame in the rear you have to put a small one on the brake side so you have room for the brake cylinder to clear when you remount it just in case you do another one. Let me know an estimated time on the 450 stuff when you know, talk to ya soon

i was down to the wire on the pipe, and with kevins arm broke up i figured i better not push it so thats why i sent it back to get you rolling before the race.

i do not have access to the rims anymore. they didnt sell fast so i dropped them from something i carried.

as soon as the frame comes back from blasting (monday i am told( i will knock it out)

his frame and other larger parts are due to be stripped tomorow, along woth 8 or 9 other frames so i am expecting (praying...lol) that tomorrow is the day i can pick them up and start shooting his and the others.
