I noticed from your auction that you are in Rochester, did you by anychance pick up your 88 around this time last year - a mostly stock looking bike with ice tires and dg nerfs, race cut fronts? A really nice stock seat cover that the guy said he completely rebuilt it - new bearings and everything?

Maybe... it came with ice tires but they werent mounted on the R at the time.

Tranny set isnt from that R anyways.

I was really close to buying it but the day I was supposed to go, he said someone local came by and got it. If it has little notches cut out of the a-arm mounts for the homemade grease zerks on the front arms it's the same one.
FMF pipe, AC front bumper, DG grab bar/nerfs, Renthal bars, #3 and wierd headlight gaurd on the hood? Would you be interested in selling the seat?
