how the heck do you get a screw driver in to adjust the idle mix?

I have even tried using a glasses screw driver and cant figure out how to get in to adjust it.

I just added a hotcam stage 1, and did a airbox mod.

bike runs great other than I have a lean pop when I let off the gas.

Did you rejet the main and pilot?

I took the carb off (out of the two boots, but left the throttle on it) and adjusted it.

You mean 42 pilot right? 155 main would work, i don't know why it would pop when you let off the throttle, I have a 42 pilot, full exhaust, je piston twin air filter and hotcam stg 2 and it doesn't pop when i let off. It might possibly be the main. It should say on the main jet what size it is.

Go up on your main jet one size that's the problem.

I thought the main jet was only for on throttle?

He said that he wants to adjust his screw, then he says that it pops on decel, what's his problem the screw or poping? just to clarify cus i'm confused.

Your pilot circuit is lean if it pops or backfires on deceleration. You need to turn your fuel screw out until the popping stops. A stubby flat tip, a special tool, or removing the carb is the best way to get to it.

I use a long needlenose pliers to adjust my pilot.
