Is the 450r frame the same as the 400ex?

Are just some of the parts the same then?I was looking for a front bumper and they list them as fitting 450r and 400ex.

Yep, the bumpers will work, some nerfs will work also, like the nerfs that don't mount to the motor mounts. Such as Pro-armor Pro PEgs.
