anyone install a tach other than a trail tech

Kind of like the one on a ds650 baja? how is it done? any pics and instructions would be helpful. This would be on a 2003 400 ex. Thanks

I would save yourself the trouble man and just do the trail tech I mean I think it's done with a magnet and sensor on one of the front calipers . It seems like an easy thing to do but don't quote me on that ha ha !!!
