If it was from atvseatcovers.com, I'm sure you will receive it. They have a nice product but the shipping is a little slow.

Why don't you just ask the seller the status on it?

yea Ive been stiffed quite a few times. Ive had about $350 ripped off from me, its f***** up! You can however retrieve the phone number from the seller from ebay.

File a fraud complaint on E-Bay and they will try to resolve it for you. If the complaint is not resolved by you or E-Bay within 30 days then you can file an insurance claim through E-Bay. You can get your money refunded by E-Bay minus a $ service fee. Also,at the end of the thirty days, E-Bay will give you phone numbers and websites for the Law enforcement agencies within the sellers jurisdiction. I had a guy burn me for $40. It wasn't worth filing an insurance claim but I sent the attorney general of his state a complaint about him and I sent a complaint to the US Postal Service.

next to there name there is a number. this tells you how many transactions they have done using e-bay. if you click on it, it will tell you the feedback the buyer/seller left for that person. i typically wont buy anything from someone with less than 5 feedbacks. you can get some really sweet deals through ebay if you have patiance and a good eye for value. i sold 3 bikes on there and bought hard to find parts also.

Ebay's insurance for purchases has a $25 deductible. I now only pay for Ebay stuff with my credit card through PayPal or BillPoint. Your credit card company can help out a lot if someone tries to rip you off. If you send a check or money order, it can be much more difficult.

I once bought an air box and lid. When UPS showed up, I only recieved the airbox. After bashing the company on this forum, the company fested up, apologized and sent me the lid. Since that outfit and I are once again on good terms, I will not disclose the companies name.

Although, CT Racing did send me a wrong size piston last year and never returned any emails I sent them. It was one of those cases where I was waiting two months for a standard size 11:1 piston. When I finally got it, it was an overbore piston. Didnt really want to send it back so I could wait two more months.
Since CT racing did not return any emails I sent them, I will not do business with them again.:)
