swing arm bushings need help.

Hi, I'm a noob on here and I need some help. I have a 87 honda 250x and i'm doing the swing arm bushings and i cant get the old bushings out:eek2: What do i need to do to get them out? Please help.

Use some heat and if you have a bearing press use it. If not I use a socket and a hammer. I know this is not the correct way to do it but it does work.
