Bluetooth and 3G for cellphones

Help me out cell phone and computer guys. What exactly can bluetooth be used for? I know it can make a lot of stuff wireless but what else can it do. And also what is 3G for cingular phones?

3G is cingulars "high speed" internet wireless connection bassically. Not all phones are 3g capable though. It also allows Full access to the net, not the normal medianet in which all other cellphones use. For someone that needs online capability everywheres at all times, its great to have a 3g phone. But keep in mind also most 3g phones are PDA's or smartphones for the most part, which require different media packages(ranging from a couple dollars to over 50 a month) But again, its well worth it to those that need the web access. I have the Cingular 8525 phone and love it. Its about the best Phone/PDA out there. It uses windows pro operating software, and is really unbelievable with what you can do.
