i just got everything off my old frame and most of its on my new one. what should i do with this old frame? The bottem front is slightly bent to the left a little but i was told it could be fixed at a body shop- they could put it on the frame rack. I was thinking of selling it but it still has my vin # stamped into it. any ideas?

cash it in for $$, there pretty heavy arent they?

Oh yeah and if you do, put it in some paint stripper, you get more for bare metal:cool:

i dont think i really know what the best thing to do is, maybe take a picture of the frame with the VIN on it, then grind it off and sell it as is. If anyone questions the legality of teh frame you will have the picture to prove you did exactly what your supposed to do by destroying the VIN.

I have the same problem. Mine has semi new Black PC with JB gusset kit. The front end is tweaked a bit. I adjust the tie rods and flew decent. If someone would want it....let me know

I can't straighten everything but so far I have been able to do what I've needed to do for customers. so if anyone needs something done let me know.

CDCHonda, where at in Pa are you located? I'm in Harrisburg. I might want to send my tweaked front end frame to you. How much?

for those of you wondering and asking about pulling a frame straight you should send me a pic of the frame that is edited with a program like paint to show what is bent and where and where it should be, its really hard to draw perspective from photos

ok, thats a pretty common bend, on that one I'd pull on it first to see how hard it pulls but theres a good chance what I would do cut where my line is and remove a section of that metal as it is stretched and will make it harder to bend and not be as strong as it was, then pull it straight and weld a new piece of flat sheet over the area. that would be the strongest way. Doing it right $150-$200
