I started another thread eariler about graphics and i decided to remove the plastics & tank and bring them in the house since my garage is not heated. Anyways I wanted to remove the front fenders from the shrouds. The 2 8mm botls came out fine but im having alot of trouble with the 2 rivets on each fender. I took a small allen wrench with a hammer and popped then out. My problem is that the washer and what-not i can not remove. I can turn the washer on either side with a pair of needle nose pliers but they won't come out. How the h3ll do get the friggin things out! Im about to pull my hair out!

drill them with a 1/8" drill bit, if it spins on ya, hold with pliers while drilling

Mine got too hot and melted the plastic. One just pushed through.

I got mine out with a grinder, then drilled the holes out big enough to put bolts in like the other ones.
